Choosing the right music program is an important decision whether you are an aspiring musician or wish to enroll your child in an after-school music class.

The Peninsula Conservatory presents highly successful and affordable piano courses for all ages and levels. We provide in-home instruction throughout San Mateo County and offer classes in our studio in Pacifica (convenient to Daly City, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae and Coastside).

Our instructors use age-appropriate progressive methods combined with additional music chosen by the student. The curriculum is designed around each student's preferred style of music and personal goals and expectations.

This individualized approach is especially effective with young beginners. Since they choose many of their own pieces, our students gain mastery of their music much more quickly than if they were assigned a rigid curriculum of no particular interest to them.

Our classes feature classical, pop, jazz, folk and world music while exploring music theory, ear-training and performance technique. Students have the option to take yearly certification exams consistent with standard music training programs, and to participate in the semi-annual public recitals.

It is a known fact that playing an instrument can greatly improve one's quality of life. The Peninsula Conservatory helps adults and children gain valuable performance skills and develop a solid, lifelong relationship with music.
